ABSTRACT

In recent years, digital transformation has changed the education landscape, both globally and nationally, requiring education policies to be more adaptive and responsive. This challenge is further complicated by the inequality of access and readiness of digital infrastructure in various regions, as well as the need to adjust the role of educators and educational institutions in the rapidly developing digital ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamics of changes in national education policy in response to digital transformation and to identify the challenges and opportunities that arise. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from various previous studies and relevant research results to obtain an in-depth picture of changes in education policy. After the data is collected, it will be analyzed to find findings that can provide new insights. The results of the study indicate that a reformulation of education governance that is responsive to technological developments is essential to improving the quality of education. An inclusive policy strategy is needed to bridge the gap in access and ensure equality in digital education. In addition, the role of educational leaders and strengthening coordination between institutions are also very important in encouraging more effective and sustainable policy implementation.
