It employed a descriptive approach, reviewing previous literature and distributing a questionnaire to a group of experts using the Delphi method. The study recommended several measures, including: adopting the model proposed by the researcher for teacher preparation strategies and the development of their professional competencies in light of Prophetic traditions and contemporary training trends in the State of Kuwait; and recommending that educational institutions work to improve learning environments by providing sufficient resources, promoting a culture of cooperation and respect, and developing innovative teaching methods that encourage participation.
